Grounded in gratitude: Reflections from the Wilson PR team
Share this Article

At Wilson Public Relations, gratitude is part of who we are. We believe that when we stay grounded in appreciation, we become better listeners, storytellers, and collaborators. Gratitude keeps us connected to what matters most – people, purpose, and the stories that shape our community. Together, we show up with empathy, creativity, and intention, both for our clients and one another.

As Thanksgiving approaches, we’re pausing to reflect on the moments, people, and experiences that have brought meaning to each of us this year.

Beth Wilson, Founder and CEO
My heart is full of gratitude for my wonderful family and friends, brilliant teammates, collaborative clients and industry peers, and an incredibly supportive partner – the village that lifts me up and gives me purpose. Even through life’s tougher chapters, they’ve been the ones who have shown up, reminded me of my strength, and reinforced that I’m doing exactly what I’m meant to be doing. With their encouragement, and the tenacity my parents instilled in me, I’m able to keep moving forward and live a life I’m proud of and excited about.

Audrey Shelton, PR Manager
I’m grateful for the friends and family who surround my husband and I with love, and for the gift of grace that guides us through every season. I’m especially thankful for the team of women I get to collaborate with each day, and to Beth, for giving us all a safe space to grow and learn.

Annalee Elmore, Content Developer
I’m grateful for the beauty of autumn. This season has offered me time to slow down and spend time with loved ones, to reflect on all of the challenges and successes this year has held for me, and to recharge and refine – building an even better version of myself that I get to bring into my work.

Stefani Peikin, PR Assistant
I’m grateful for waking each day and getting to walk in my passion and purpose. Thankful to be part of a firm with such a diverse and inspiring range of clients, and an incredible team that supports and uplifts each other – what a difference that makes. I’m also grateful that my career allows me to nurture my love of singing alongside meaningful work, bringing balance and creativity to everything I do. Although my family is far away, Memphis has given me wonderful friends who feel like family – and the extended warm weather is a bonus.

Olivia Fowler, Social Media Coordinator
This season, I’m especially grateful for the people in my life who make even the busiest days feel lighter – my family, my friends, and the teammates who support and inspire me. I’m also thankful for the opportunities this year has brought to grow, learn, and connect with others in meaningful ways. Having a community in Memphis that encourages creativity and kindness is something I don’t take for granted, and I’m truly grateful for it!

Keyana Hatamzadeh, Social Media Coordinator
I’m grateful for my family, who continue to be the strongest support system I could ever ask for, and for my friends who push and empower me while bringing out the best version of who I’m becoming. The incredible women at Wilson PR, who all lead with intention, have been a wonderful gift in this chapter of life!

Madalyn Bobbitt, PR Project Coordinator
I’m grateful for a season to focus on my family and friends. As the leaves change, I take an opportunity to soak in the world around me and give thanks to my community – a group of supportive teammates, a family whose love is unwavering, and my fluffy dog who encourages me to appreciate walking through life.

Giving thanks this season
Gratitude fuels everything we do and reminds us to slow down, celebrate progress, and appreciate the people who make our journey meaningful. As we approach the end of another busy year, we’re thankful for our clients, collaborators, and community who continue to trust us with their stories.

From all of us at Wilson PR, we wish you a joyful holiday season filled with warmth, reflection, and connection.
