Time blocking is essential. The same, really, could be said for managing energy. When adding more mindful practices to protect that energy, consider how they could become part of your routine. Start small, just as you would when learning a new skill, training for a big race or doing anything else that requires dedicated effort. Making little changes every day or even once a week will move the needle.
